Submit abstract

All materials submitted to DSAIDR Conference must be original, unpublished research that is not currently under review for any other conference or journal. Papers not following these guidelines may be rejected without review. Also, submissions received after the due date, exceeding the length limit, or not appropriately structured may also not be considered.

Abstracts must be in English and submitted in PDF format. Each paper must be in 1 page.

Online submission via SciencesConf system enables you to create an account and save your abstract. If you already have a SciencesConf account, you will be able to submit your abstract directly.

Once you have saved your abstract, you can later edit or update it until you feel it is ready for submission.

Peer Review Process

  1. The conference will check plagiarism for all articles before publication. If plagiarism is observed by the scientific committee, peer reviewers, or staff members at any stage of the publication process, the author will be informed to rewrite the manuscript.
  2. If the submitted abstract is more than 20% plagiarized, it will be rejected, and the same will be notified to the author.
  3. Abstract content (unpublished work) must be original and relevant to one of the conference topics.
  4. The acceptance decisions will take into account novelty, technical depth, elegance, and practical and theoretical impact.
  5. The acceptance decisions will take into account originality, practical & theoretical impact, and presentation.
  6. Changes cannot be made during the review process. If accepted, minor revisions may be made prior to final submission.

Copyright Conditions

All materials submitted for presentation to DSAIDR'25 Conference must adhere to the following conditions:

  1. Originality: Each submission must be original work. It must not have been previously published elsewhere nor be currently under review for publication in any other forum.
  2. Author Responsibility: The authors bear full responsibility for the content of their submissions. This includes ensuring the originality of the submitted work and compliance with these conditions.
